ITINERARY GUIDE - Our Why, and the first step

Itinerary Guide was born from a simple desire: to bring culture back into our daily lives, not just as spectators, but as active participants in lived experiences. Because while major institutions have their role, culture isn't confined to museum walls or theaters. It's everywhere, and it can be a source of well-being and profound connection.

We often have the impression that culture is a distant land, reserved for an elite, surrounded by invisible barriers. But science suggests otherwise. Reports from the World Health Organization (WHO) reveal that engagement with the arts and culture is a source of well-being, capable of reducing the risk of depression by 48%. This isn't magic, but a simple truth: creation, beauty, and wonder nourish the soul.

Culture, an open door to the beauty of the world

Access to culture is not a luxury; it is a promise enshrined in law. In France, the 2005 law is a pledge to make the world's beauty accessible to all. The road ahead is long, of course. While a report from the Banque des Territoires indicates that over 71% of cultural venues are now accessible, surveys, such as the one conducted by ARTCENA, remind us that some doors remain closed.

Traces: When craftsmanship becomes everyday poetry

It is in this quest for meaning that our online store, Tracé.es, was born. It is a whisper that responds to the soul of the creator. Far from mass production, each object is a story, a fragment of craftsmanship. Craftsmanship is not a relic of the past; it is a living pulse that connects the heart, the hand, and the material.

Buying a piece from Tracé.es is more than just a transaction. It's an act of support, a bridge built for artisans who, all too often, struggle in the shadows. Reports, such as those from the Fondation des artistes québécoise, confirm the vulnerability of these creative souls. By showcasing their talent, we give them the strength to continue creating, weaving, and sculpting a more beautiful world.

Our project is independent, free, guided by the conviction that culture doesn't need vast circuits to flourish. It needs passion, curiosity, and initiatives that care about meaning. Itinerary Guide and Tracé.es were born to make culture an intimate part of our lives, a story, an object, a breath of fresh air all at once.
